ebbf has a learning team that has been producing the knowledge centres, publications and learning that you can find here. The team now has now created an opportunity for you to interact with you them to inform them on: what is it that you would find most useful to learn about? What kinds of formats would be most useful for you to receive content? Articles, case studies, video interviews, online dialogues ... ? And more ... Join and engage with the learning team to explore how we can work together to create the kind of knowledge and content that is most useful to you. REGISTER HERE

The question about formats is the part I keep coming back to, because I have joined too many calls where everyone agreed more case studies were needed and then nothing changed. Asking people directly what they actually use feels like a small but important shift, and it makes me wonder how many organisations skip that step entirely. I noticed some reviews of payidpokie at https://au.trustpilot.com/review/payidpokie.com that touch on the same thing, namely that what people say they want and what they engage with are not always the same, which is worth keeping in mind when designing any kind of dialogue.
