What could a new global governance architecture look like?

#ebbfmember Augusto Lopez-Claros shares his recent experience in India, exploring what the key elements of a new and better global governance architecture might look like.

"A few days ago I spoke to a group of some 200 judges (and a larger number of students and their teachers) at a conference in India. This annual conference brings together judges from all over the world (Supreme and Constitutional Courts and other senior judges) and my remarks where focused on the need to rethink our global governance architecture in the face of multiple global catastrophic risks. It was a most stimulating experience!"
