barb allen

Barb Allen – Russellville, USA I am currently a Ph.D. student in Conflict Analysis & Resolution for Organizations from Nova Southwestern University. I have completed my coursework and will take my qualifying exams in June. My dissertation work will center on Moral Leadership. Certainly Moral Leadership is my passion.  At the core of most of the corporate meltdowns is a pervasive lack of Moral Leadership.  Helping leaders understand Moral Leadership and, more importantly, how to integrate Moral Leadership principles into daily practices in their workplaces is my mission. Finding your emphasis on Moral Leadership is very exciting as I will learn so much from everyone. I plan to consult with organizations and assist them in transforming their organizations into vibrant, engaging, participatory & ethical work environments. My areas of interest are Values Based Leadership, Publications, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Ethics, Health and Business, Presentations & Seminars, Sustainability, Intercultural sensitivities. I would love to participate in the workshops and add to the on-going dialogue. I am willing to contribute any information people may be interested in. My plan is to publish my research on Moral Leadership.
