Yi, one of the new ebbf journalists, hopes to make the most of what she called, a precious meaningful opportunity, that allows her to do something related with her work: “I hope to contribute to ebbf’s goal to reach a broader population, strongly accompany everyone involved and be inspired by ebbf members and learn to work in a unique culture”.
Yi works in a large retail bank and is striving to find efficient ways to influence her work environment. She got to know ebbf through her manager early 2010 when she left her job to move to Canada. “Almost three year later I joined ebbf. I joined because I realized that to advance civilization through the workplace is not a solution I can find somewhere but a journey of inquiring by doing.” In the journey towards the unknown she considers it to be crucial to be accompanied by a like-minded community.
