Contributes to Bitcoin 2014 conference

THE NETHERLANDS – Adam’s company, Chain, was one of the contributing sponsors to the Bitcoin 2014 conference that took place this past weekend, 15-17 of May in Amsterdam, and held more than 1,000 participants.

Bitcoin is a digital crowd sourced currency, the “currency of the people, by the people, for the people“. The Bitcoin 2014 trading conference is the annual international forum, exhibition and networking conference organised by the Bitcoin Foundation for the fintech industry. It’s where investors, technologists, regulators, executives, entrepreneurs, developers, and policymakers gather to collectively shape the future of cryptographic money worldwide.

Chain provides a platform that enables developers to build bitcoin applications and features. “Chain’s mission is to empower developers to build block chain applications that are fast, scalable, and secure. We are a team of eight (and growing!), working from Los Angeles and San Francisco.”

Adam also works at RRE Ventures, where he focuses on early and expansion stage investments across RRE’s multiple technology verticals, with a focus on consumer & digital media, mobile, and financial technology. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with Highest Honors.
