GERMANY – Monique went last weekend to the Conference on European Leadership, Co-creation and Surrender of the Association of Transformational Leaders, a nonprofit European organisation, borrowing her words “sticking heads together on how to actively shape Europe even more into the place we all enjoy living in”.
ATL is a forum for individuals of significant influence in artistic, academic, social, political, corporate and humanitarian endeavors, devoted to doing transformational work in their respective fields and counts with 45 members from 15 different countries. During these weekend events they seek to form deep bonds, explore mutual opportunities and collectively work on solving global issues. They try to up-leveling their work, initiating and sustaining a on-going dialogue that enhances their members transformational leadership capabilities and supports them in serving humanity and creating a just world.
Monique is the founder of the Business Launch Portal which helps people to build a bridge from their job to launching their own business. She also helps more experienced business owners to bring their business to the next level.
