Finding tour market value is an interactive ebbf4youth workshop designed to better understand your unique strengths, talents, and potential. In this session, you'll explore and compare results from different personal assessments and tests to uncover what you're naturally good at, where you stand out, and how these qualities translate into real-world value in the job market.

Through open conversations and hands-on activities, Alex Cabon will guide you to learn how your skills, interests, and abilities connect to opportunities in education, entrepreneurship, and the job market. The workshop empowers participants to see themselves more clearly, build confidence in their capabilities, and begin defining their own “market value”, what they can offer and how they can create impact.
