After the inspiring start of the ebbf4youth Mentoring Series, we invite you to join the second Intergenerational Gathering,  a space where young people and experienced professionals continue building meaningful connections, exchanging perspectives, and learning from one another.

This session will deepen the conversations that began in our first meeting. Through engaging activities and open dialogue, participants will explore a set of thought-provoking themes designed to spark meaningful conversations between generations. These include:

• Leadership as service – What does success look like when we place the well-being of others and the empowerment of our communities at the center of our personal and professional paths?

• The art of transformative consultation – How can we learn to engage in conversations that seek truth together while uplifting the tone of discourse and avoiding conflict?
