In a period of deep economical transformation and polarization, how can organizations manage socially responsible enterprise restructuring that value work, respect dignity, foster justice and hope for their employees ? In this ebbf Learning Session, Françoise Le Goff will share an exemple of how businesses can facilitate the painful process of restructuring and downsizing and guide an exploration to understand the value of work and to practice corporate social responsibility engrained in the corporate ethic and code of conduct.

Together, we’ll reflect on the impact of a good process well managed and well implemented within the workplaces and societies, and discover how the principle of consultation and co-creation can become a practical tool for valuing work, teams' participation, kindness, dignity, justice, and hope.
