I grew up in Belgium and visited several countriesin Europe and South America. I have lived in the USA, Saudi Arabia and Guam in theMariana Islands. My life journey has enriched my value system andappreciation for viewpoints different from mine. Various cultures haveenriched my life perspective as I learned to appreciate countries and people along my life journey.Â
My work experience has been mostly in managing and leading a multicultural, multi-faceted team focused on providing outstandingcustomer service and value. My philosophy has been to encourage andempower staff to take responsibility and support them in their efforts in atransparent manner. The other aspect of my work experience has beento always be ethical and honest and stimulate staff growth. Also, I have gained leadership experience in not-for-profit organizations.
