Jeremy Perks

Jeremy has been working in the field of leadership, team and organization transformation for the last 30 years.  After doing Law at Manchester University, Jeremy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1989, then after back-packing in Asia for a few months, joined Ernst & Young’s training department in Hong Kong. It was here that Jeremy started on the path of training and consulting, and after 18 months as the Financial Accountant of the Hong Kong Rugby Football Union (following his passion for sport), Jeremy joined the pioneering experiential education company in Japan called ‘I Will Not Complain’ and was instrumental in its growth around Asia.  In 2010 Jeremy set up his own consulting company, The Leadership Group, which has developed a reputation as one of the leading leadership and organization transformation companies in China.

Since leaving his native England in 1990, Jeremy has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Japan, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and is now based in Portugal.  Jeremy has been coaching and mentoring since 2003.  He loves working in depth with diverse clients, getting to know their situation, helping them to get unstuck and to find their true path.  He has a reputation for achieving transformational results with clients, many of whom have become close friends over the years.  A major burnout experience just before Covid has led to Jeremy also having deep experience and knowledge about well-being and mental health.
