We start at 18:00 Lisbon time : Welcome!
Bringing my world and my challenges to this group of explorers from around the world.
18:15 Before reaching unity we start by understanding and acknowledging the diversity of cultures that we bring to this conference and to our workplaces
18:30 Beyond the diversity that is present in our organizations, we then show the instability and continuous evolution of our systems
18:45 We start to decide the first atom of unity we want to progress. The metaphor of the Atoms shows how something infinitely small can yet be infinitely powerful, even systems changing.
19:00 We define and declare the opportunities for progress that each of one individually is bringing to the conference to be addressed.

We end with a final lunch & energy boost.

We start by building the ACTIVE HOPE model of individual, community and collective action.
Living a mindful experience to bring back to our work: ways to ask the right questions.
What do I still need - What can I harness - How do I imagine one year from now - What is stopping me from looking forward to next week in my workplace.
Going back to the original - atom - we posted on the event's wall, we now pick and position our atom of energy and focus to one of the Unity Projects most useful to me.
