WASHINGTON D.C. – Augusto, World Bank Director of Indicators, shared a couple of weeks ago his views on gender equality and its implications on economic and development issues, in 12 short televised interviews. These interviews were conducted by Cristina Manzano editor of the Spanish-language version of the journal Foreign Policy.
These are available in YouTube and provide interesting insights into diverse topics such as “key findings from the recently published World Bank report Women, Business and the Law 2014” and “views on the imposition of quotas on the number of women on corporate board” and “Why is it taking so long to achieve full economic equality for women?” amongst others.
