Ina Bialova - Bielorussia/Switzerland
Highlights of recent positions
> "Deloitte and Touche" Audit Company, Minsk, Belarus, November 2008— January 2009 where she created drafts of the articles, concerning issues of International Financial Reporting Standards and the problems of their implementation in Belarus. Research on the situation of Belarusian banks and their credit ranking. Accomplishing translations from English and Ukrainian into Russian.
> Intern, United Nations, Office of Public Information, Minsk, Belarus, where she conducted research on international issues such as refugees, national minorities, etc, for UN-sponsored events. Wrote articles for UN Bulletin in Belarus and press releases; updated and maintained UN website in Belarus. Analyzed, structures and organized survey data on UN Bulletin in Belarus.
> Intern, “Good Insurance” Insurance Agency, Grand Forks, North Dakota, USA, where she Managed and analyzed clients’ database. Developed web-site for the agency, compiled articles for it. Working with clients and customer service.

Gianpiero De Martinis - Italy
Gianpiero is working for the University of Turin, Italy.
With Professor M. Cisi he is monitoring the publication of sustainability reports in Italy, in the private and public sector.
He is part of the EBBF events team and has additionally just started an EBBF internship, working on the development of indicators and assessment tools for CSO Projects promoting Values-based Education for Sustainable Development.
Alumni of AIESEC, he has collaborated in Italy, Argentina and Indonesia to develop a new generation of leaders inspired by positive values.
He holds a BSc in Economics and a Master in International Studies at the International Training Center of the I.L.O.
Xuan Feng - China/Germany
Xuan Feng comes from Shanghai, China. After she finished her undergraduate study in Financial Management in Shanghai, she came to Germany and joined the international Master program in “Psychology of Excellence in Business and education”, at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. Early this year she obtained her Master degree in Munich and started to work for EBBF as an intern.
Specialized in identification and promotion of excellences in both business and educational fields with a particular focus on cultural diversity, Xuan wishes to carry her past experience and knowledge in Organizational & Leadership Development to maximize the talent of EBBF members and assist the capacity building within EBBF. She is responsible to improve the current member database and amplify online resources for both business and personal development so that every member is ensured to be able to make a difference in EBBF based on one’s own values and capacity. Her second work task is to assist the EU funded Indicators Project at EBBF side. At the mean time, Xuan is very passionate about advancing women in business organizations, effective leadership development and diversity management. Her selected researches are: Social impact on women’s academic and business careers, Effective leadership styles and their application in leadership training, the application of Team Role Theory to promote team performance, Promotion of Organizational Diversity, and Development of Lifelong learning framework for effective organizational learning. She will also assist the EBBF’s research team and use her experience with online dialogue centers to facilitate the knowledge exchange among EBBF researchers and members.
Xuan is an EBBF member since last year. Before that, she has worked in international corporations in Germany and China. Her working areas covered human resource, marketing, finance and education. Her latest business experience was intern of Human Resource Development & Organizational Change department in a global German automotive company in Frankfurt in 2008. She started her NGO work in Shanghai a few years ago. She was a project leader and board member of AFS intercultural exchange programs in Shanghai (see www.afs.org). She was also the vice president of Student Academic and Developing Center in SIFT Shanghai from 2002 to 2006.
Xuan is currently working on a cross-cultural research project about “Women’s career advancement in business organizations” in Center for Leadership and People Management at Ludwig-Maximilians-University.
Marija Ralic - Serbia
I finished High School of Economics, 4 years and right now I am on my final year on Faculty of Economics, Niš University, Serbia. I am member of AIESEC Serbia since 2005. Currently I am working as Vice President for External Relations in AIESEC Serbia ( www.aiesec.org.yu ). Some of my duties are Ensuring financial sustainability, Sustaining current partnerships, Adding new partnerships & leveraging the AIESEC brand with partnerships, Product development, Support National AIESEC team through relevant networks and external support, Co-ordination of External Relations team and external relations plan, Involvement in strategic and financial decision making…
Before that I was working as President AIESEC Nis (www.aiesec.org.yu/nis). I was responsible for Forming and coordinating Executive Board, Strategic and operational planning, Project coaching, Constant communication with AIESEC national office in Belgrade and AIESEC International in Rotterdam, Tracking results of Executive Board members and other AIESEC members, Maintaining contact with Local Partnership Group

During my studies I joined mountain climbing. I had experience of group climbing some of the highest mountains in the region like Kopaonik and Durmitor. I consider this as one of mine most valuable personal experiences. This experience brought me understanding and awareness about team work when people lives depend on team’s actions but also how wonderful is success. Careful planning of the route, personal and team endurance even in hard times and conditions, getting to the top and enjoying the view of success changed my life and made a huge impact on my understanding of my own personality, personalities of others and team dynamics. I am very interested to learn new things in order to develop myself and others…

Sara Rohani - Canada/Switzerland
Sara is working with the EBBF Geneva team on developing an "Ethical Toolkit" for small and medium enterprises and supporting EBBF International.
She is interested in issues of sustainability.
She holds a BESc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. She has worked for the Institute for Chemicals and Fuels from Alternative Resources as a summer research student and has also carried out research in the area of nanotechnology.
