Thursday 27th September

How many times do you reach the end of the event and wish you had found out about that person earlier so that you could have spent more time with them. This evening is designed to have you get to know all those present at the beginning and not at the end of the event.

20:00 -	An evening which will give you the best chance during the conference of really getting to know who is there. An informal presentation of the weekend and of the presenters will form part of the program.

Friday 28th September

This day will open the conference, introduce the issues that you wish to have addressed and start the consultation with the audience and speakers. You will receive the first visionary content from the CEO of a major investment company David Patterson and from Dorothy Marcic and learn more about how EBBF intends to practically assist its members in their challenging quest to bring meaningful success into their working life and enterprises.

09:15 - 09:30	WELCOME KEYNOTE The director of the DePoort Conference centre, Ben Wolters, introduces you to Depoort's own - fulfilling paradigm of work - With its main mission "to offer services which contribute to the well-being of all" and "the Personal growth of all co-workers"
09:30 - 10:30	KEYNOTE: David Patterson A strongly values-based CEO operating a $10 bn investment management firm will take us to - the creative edge -. He will present how his company has embraced the principle that every organisation and individual can hook to the creativity that is around us. He will share the philosophical principles and the practical implications of this in the management of his company: from performance reviews, to compensation, to holding business meetings, and designing office space.
11:00 - 12:00	What are our issues? What have we taken from home to the conference to address? A very personal session where all the keynoters and panellists will be there with you to address your issue In addition you will hear of some of the most remarkable projects that EBBF members are currently taking forward.
12:00 - 12:30	Sit with the individuals that have brought common issues and projects and share / learn with them the current situation and ways to move forward.

15:00 - 16:30	KEYNOTE: Dorothy Marcic Managing with the Wisdom of Love: The Sequel Following on from her best seller book, Dorothy Marcic offers not only current and future use of spiritual values in organizational operations but she also talks about the wisdom she has gained from being an executive in a multi-million dollar entertainment company. Managing with the Wisdom of Love 2.0 brings more current thinking into the problems of being an ethical leader, trying to manage a values-based organization.
16:45 - 18:00	AGM - how EBBF has and will support you in the transition that is taking place in the world of business today. What did it do right, what should it do more of? You shape your network. Voting process of the 2007/2008 EBBF board

The momentum builds up: more visionary keynotes and panels of "experts" in their fields to whom you will be able to address your questions. During the workshops those visions will be brought to your own workplace, addressing the gap between values and daily worklife that can bring frustration to so many.

15:00 - 16:30	1st set of Workshops and breakout sessions Dorothy Marcic - A follow-up to Managing with the Wisdom of Love: The sequel, this workshop focuses on how to apply some of the principles covered in the main presentation, namely, learning to show not tell as a manager, as well as learning to harness the power of vision in project management and communication. Gary Reusche - focus on implementing consultation as a key decision making instrument in a business and organizational context Paul Hughes - Design Thinking 'You can analyze the past but you have to design the future' This workshop highlights the need and a process to create new possibilities for the future because design is too important to be left to designers. Denise Cumella - Tools for Values-based communication strategy in a company Sharing the personal experience of introducing a first worldwide internal survey on values and then rolling out a European Ethical Communication Strategy at Lush. Marieke Kersten & George Starcher - Gender Balance at work. Harnessing the opportunities of feminine wisdom in business: the current situation in the workplace and a consultation over the issues that are preventing this from happening.

Saturday night live with Augusto Lopez Claros Augusto Lopez Claros The former Chief Economist of the World Economic Forum’s offers his keynote titled: A Glimpse of 2025 What sort of a world will we have by 2025? Where will humanity be in the fight to end poverty, to diminish income disparities and create a sustainable world? Augusto Lopez-Claros will share with us his perspectives gleaned from over 20 years of development experience at the International Monetary Fund, Lehman Brothers and the World Economic Forum.

Sunday 30th September

Make sure your flights leave late in the afternoon to avoid missing this special Sunday morning session. The view from the top of a multinational (Ramin Khabirpour - Managing Director Danone Poland) offering the challenges of bringing fulfilment into thousands of employees. We combine this with panels and interviews focusing on personal key decisions taken to create fulfilling careers for oneself and for world reaching organisations.
