Warm welcome to new members

This month we have the pleasure of welcoming new members from:

Hong Kong, Germany, Finland, The Netherlands and Italy/India.

Sein Chew - Hong Kong, China

I work in asset management at Unity Investment.

I met EBBF through a member, Ramin Khadem, at his MBA course at Tsinghua University on Business Valuation and Value creation.

Werner Frischmann - Witten, Germany

I am a manager at a Consulting Promotion company in Germany.

After attending the first EBBF annual conference in Germany I wanted to become a member and am particularly interested in social entrepreneurship.

Roberta Law - Leidschendam, Netherlands

I have an MBA from Harvard '70, and am now a retired teacher.

I was the former member Dutch Women's Association and represented the Dutch Baha'i Women to United Nations Conference in Beijing in 1995.

I am delighted to have been nominated EBBF National Representative for The Netherlands and look forward to facilitate the activities of the Dutch EBBF group.

Saskia Law - Trier, Germany

After work experiences at Global Human Rights Defence(Netherlands), Club of Budapest International, Asociacion para la Ciencia y la Educacion Moral(Moral Leadership, Costa Rica), and United Nations University for Peace(Costa Rica),

I am currently a freelance trainer at Move the World where I train youth in capacity building and social engagement.

My burning issue is to find the necessary changes/developments in society/professional field that will make it possible for women and men to found and maintain a happy & prospering family, as well as a pursuing a fulfilling career.

Janne Lemettinen - Vantaa, Finland

I am an IT manager at Airwide Solutions.

My burning issue is how to define the new values for our company, the result of a recent merger. I have been working with two current EBBF members, Mika Korhonen and Kimmo Vesajoki to introduce those values in my company.

I have a particular interest in values based leadership.

Shreeya Haridas – India / Italy

I am Indian. My studies have been in the field of fashion. Design at an earlier stage followed by a master in marketing.

In a short term internship I was lucky to have worked with an EBBF member in a company rooted to its ethics. My interests lie in retail, especially brand management.

I am really very interested in being a part of the EBBF family as share many of your ethics. Especially the ones about a corporate religion, as being a Hindu my upbringing has been on similar lines. Not just for the while that I am in Italy or Europe, but as an opportunity of a lifetime, where I can incorporate the same in my future workfield in India.

A warm welcome to Sein, Werner, Roberta, Saskia, Janne and Shreeya.

We look forward to your company at cluster and branch meetings, conferences, discussions, online participation, retreats, and any opportunity to meet and share with you.
