I am managing the international team of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent in Southern Africa covering 10 countries and implementing huge programme for vulnerable people affected by HIV and AIDS and food insecurity. The Baha'i faith perspective in economy and business inspired me very much and I have tried to implement few principles in a recent restructuring of my office.

Have a doctorate in Theoretical Physics and worked in research for a number of years. Currently working in the research and development unit in Procter and Gamble Brussels. I would like to better understand how business can help individuals in development and developing countries to live sustainably, especially meeting their needs for electricity and water.

Fareba Jones - Aylesbury, UK
Currently studying MSc Business Administration in Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK. I have work experience in teaching/training and some elements in HR. Currently writing my dissertation on Leadership and Performance, and would like to read relevant articles written by Baha'is on the subject. I would like to become more aware and informed about the core values of EBBF and learn how to practice them in the day-to-day life.
David Jenner – Croatia
My family and I have lived in Croatia for about eight months and since have opened a consultancy firm "The Jenner Corporation". Our company is dealing with individuals and businesses in the field of teaching business English, etiquette, ethics, crisis management, and models of management. I have had 27 years of working expereince at I.T field in USA. I am interested in Solar Energy to save the climate. My area of interest is in social economic development and I would also like to share the virtues in business as my contribution to EBBF.
Hooshmand Badi'i - York, UK
Currently working as a lecturer of economics, businesses and European economy at Leeds Metropolitan University. I have a MA in economics. Currently doing PhD and my research focus is Baha'i economics. Organizing and conducting training programmes for staff and managers of small and medium size organizations in St. Vincent.
