| This day will open the conference, introduce the issues that you wish to have addressed and start the consultation with the audience and speakers. You will receive the first visionary content from Larry Miller and learn more about how EBBF intends to practically assist its members in their challenging quest to bring meaningful success into their working life and enterprises. | |

The purpose of business - connecting it to deep motivation People and organisations function at their best when they can align their day-to-day work with the core of their being, i.e. their purpose, passions and talents. Deep motivation will depend on their ability to integrate three forms of intelligence: Rational Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Spiritual Intelligence. Spiritual intelligence enables people and organisations to discover and develop insight in the core of their being. |

| Very much the highlight of last year's event, the Sunday morning session intends to bring home the issues of work/life balance, or should we say - life balance - and to provide meaningful solutions.
These will come from the entertaining yet inspiring solutions of Hamid Peseschkian, followed by a panel of individuals who "have been there". People who have found or are aiming to find enough meaning in their work to allow them to enjoy a life balance and true satisfaction in their lives. |
