Godric Bader (UK)
Godric Bader is the president of the Scott Bader group "We try to run the company on a sustainable basis that enables people to relate to each other in a responsible and democratic way. The purpose is that we all use our skills towards a better world." "It has been unkindly said that Scott Bader's is a history of lost opportunities," he laughs. "We could have been more successful commercially, but we have held out in the long term. I think there is a balance there." Scott Bader, the resins and polymers manufacturer of which he is life president, employs 650 people - 350 in Britain, the rest across Europe, South Africa, the Middle East and the US. The company turns over Pounds 100m a year, controls 20 per cent of the world's chemical markets, and last year made a profit of Pounds 5m. Yet Mr Bader's project is rather grander than fattening the wallets of his share-holders. "We are interested in changing society - we want to do something for the world," he says.

Enrico Giraudi (Italy)
I'm 39. Italian. Living in Milan and working in advertising since 1995. After having worked for 6 years in account management (Publicis-FCB, Saatchi & Saatchi) in 2001 I switched to strategic planning within JWT Italy company.
I strongly believe that business is a means more than a goal. A means to allow people and the community to evolve towards a better quality of life and a deeper consciousness. When business is able to inspire individuals to become better people, the business itself will be more healthy, valuable and successful. Economics should serve people, not the other way round.
Trying to make my job more useful within the community and more meaningful to myself, from 2002 to 2005 I founded and managed an internal consulting unit on corporate social commitment programmes (charities, cause marketing, CSR initiatives). In 2006 I worked within WPP holding in order to plan and start up a CSR long term program.
I like writing, travelling and videomaking, as a hobby. I sometimes give speeches and workshops on cause marketing, advertising and responsible communication.
I have been a member of the board of EBBF (European Baha'i Business Forum) since 2005.

"Persons and organisations function at their best when they can align their day-to-day work with the core of their being, i.e. their purpose, passions and talents. At the end of the day, their achievements in this field will depend on their ability to integrate three forms of intelligence (Triple 'I') : Rational Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Spiritual Intelligence. Spiritual intelligence enables people and organisations to discover and develop insight in the core of their being. What is the deepest motivational force and what is the deepest raison d'etre? These are important questions for any group that is working together to achieve a common goal, be it in businesses or NGOs, hospitals or government service. The mobilisation of that knowledge or awareness brings new life to the context of their day-to-day work. Rational intelligence and emotional intelligence can flourish when they are embedded in a mature and well-balanced motivation. This motivational aspect is fostered by spiritual intelligence."

Larry Miller (USA)
For the past thirty years Lawrence M. Miller has worked to improve the performance of organizations and the skills of their leaders. He began in our prisons. For four years he worked to redesign the prison system by establishing the first free-economy behind prison walls, where each inmate had to pay rent, maintain a checking account, and pay for everything he desired.
He has been consulting, writing and speaking about business organization and culture since 1973. After ten years with another consulting firm, he formed his own firm, the Miller Howard Consulting Group in 1983. In 1998 he sold his firm to Towers Perrin, an international human resource consulting firm and became a Principal of that firm. In 1999 he left that firm to focus on his interest in serving non-profit organizations. For five years he has been consulting on a pro-bono basis with AIESEC International, the global youth leadership organization, and serving on the boards of several other non-profit organizations.
He and his firm were one of the early proponents of team-based management and worked with many clients to implement Team Management from the senior executive team to include every level and every employee in the organization. The Team Management process created a company of business managers, with every employee focused on continuous improvement of business performance. In addition to directing the overall change process, Mr. Miller personally coached the senior management team of many of his clients.
The implementation of Team Management led to the realization that the whole system of the organization needed to be redesigned to create alignment so all systems, structure, skills, style and symbols support the same goals and culture. From this realization he developed the process of Whole System Architecture that is a high involvement method of rethinking all of the systems, structures and culture of the organization. Among his consulting clients have been 3M, Corning, Shell Oil Company, Amoco and Texaco, Shell Chemicals, Air Canada and Varig Airlines, Eastman Chemicals, Xerox, Harris Corporation, McDonald's and Chick-fil-A, Merck and Upjohn Pharmaceuticals, United Technologies, Metropolitan Life and Landmark Communications.
Mr. Miller has authored six books, among them American Spirit: Visions of A New Corporate Culture, which was the text for Honda of America's course on their values and culture; and Barbarians to Bureaucrats: Corporate Life Cycle Strategies, which draws on the history of the rise and fall of civilizations to illustrate the patterns of leadership and evolution in corporate cultures. He has also authored Whole System Architecture, a guidebook for redesigning organizations, and Team Management, a workbook for team leaders and members. He is about to publish Change Management: A Leaders Guide to Creating the Dynamic Organization. He has appeared on the Today Show, CNN, made numerous appearances on FNN and CNBC, has written for The New York Times and been the subject of a feature story in Industry Week magazine.
Mr. Miller is currently completing another book, Competing in the New Capitalism: How Individuals, Teams and Companies Succeed by Creating the Currency of Competition in the New Economy.
